Recognising the growing importance of mental health in the workplace, I identified a need for a course tailored to managers.

I collaborated closely with psychologists and experienced managers to design content that addressed common mental well-being challenges faced in the workplace.

I curated a range of multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive quizzes, to ensure an engaging and informative learning experience.

Throughout the development process, I solicited feedback from experts and potential learners to refine and improve the course content.

I ensured that the course content was accessible to a diverse audience, incorporating subtitles, transcripts, and other accessibility features.

"Why Prioritizing Mental Well-being Is Key to Success" (animation): An animated exploration of the importance of mental health for team productivity and well-being.
"Before the Conversation: Active Preparation" (video): Practical tips and strategies for preparing for mental well-being discussions with your team.
"During the Conversation: Empathy in Practice" (video): Guidance on how to practice active listening and empathy during mental well-being conversations.
"After the Conversation: How to Have a Successful Follow-up" (video): Strategies for ensuring ongoing support and follow-up after mental well-being discussions.
"Check Your Knowledge": A quick knowledge check to reinforce key concepts covered in the course.
Promotion and Distribution
Once the course was ready, I collaborated with the social media manager to promote it across our platforms, reaching out to our target audience and generating interest.
Additionally, I created an email course to distribute the content directly to interested individuals, providing them with a convenient way to access the course materials.
